Services

We provide, Google Ads management, SEO services, social media management, wedding and events,

content creation, and UGC (user-generated content) services as agreed in proposals or written

agreements.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or revenue, as results depend on multiple

external factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, approve work in a timely manner, and ensure content

does not infringe third-party rights.

Payments

Fees are outlined in proposals or invoices and must be paid within stated timeframes. Late

payments may result in paused services.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables become the client’s property. We retain the right to display

work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
