  • Content is delivered via Google Drive, accessible on both phone and computer. Files can be downloaded individually or in bulk. If you’re new to Google Drive, guidance is provided.

  • The agency is based in the Hunter Valley. Travel within the region is included; fees may apply outside the Hunter Valley. Interstate and international bookings are welcome.

  • Yes — key moments are planned with clients prior to the event.

  • Yes — extra hours can be arranged if needed.

    • Complete the relevant enquiry form with as much detail as possible.

    • Availability is confirmed via email, followed by a discovery call.

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit secures the date.

    • The remaining balance is due 2 months prior to the booking.
